Job Description
We’re looking for a candidate in the Roswell area with a degree in Computer Science / MIS / Information Technology / Computer Engineering to join our support team! This team member will provide internal support to 360’s network engineers, provide onsite and remote support to 360’s clients, perform daily backup checks and administration and travel locally to client sites for computer installs and basic troubleshooting.
The following skills/experience are required
Hardware / Software – Install, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals.
Microsoft Office – Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, & 10, Office 2010-O365.
Technical understanding of Systems.
Troubleshooting Skills.
Understanding of Basic Networking Concepts.
Experience with Mobile devices – iPhone, Windows Mobile, and Android devices
Other
Routers, Firewalls, Switches.
Servers.
Various Storage Technologies.
Microsoft-centric network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, AD).
Windows Server and client operating systems (Exchange Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.).
Windows SBS server.
Office 365 Platform
Various supporting technologies for monitoring and managing hardware, software, and security (anti-virus, spam filtering).
VoIP-based phone systems.
We’re looking for someone who fits this description
Good Customer and People Skills (in-person and telephone).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Multi-tasker
Great at troubleshooting.
Detail Oriented.
Good follow-up and follow-through.
Proactive.
Diligent with documentation of systems (network diagrams etc.).
Candidates must be able to move up to 40lbs without assistance.
