Job Description
Typical Projects
- Physical and virtual server builds
- Exchange and Office 365 migrations
- AD & group policy implementations and cleanup
- Business application installations, upgrades and migrations
- Network infrastructure installations and upgrades (routers, firewalls, switches, WAPs)
- VLAN implementations
- Office moves
- Cabling
- Security hardening (anti-virus, email filtering, dual factor authentication, secure remote access)
- Compliance audits
- Cloud solutions
Requirements
Required Skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently
- Good customer and people skills (in-person and telephone)
- Excellent time management
- Multi-tasking
- Troubleshooting
- Good follow-up and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science / MIS / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or a related field
- MSP experience is a BIG plus
- Other – MCSE, Cisco, VMWare certifications
