Mike and his team are responsible for proactive monitoring of client networks as well as fielding direct customer support requests. The NOC team ensures that all servers and workstations are up to date and running securely. This includes management of 360 Smart Networks’ 24x7x365 monitoring and maintenance operations, tools, people, and processes. He has 10+ years of experience with 360 Smart Networks’ RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) and CRM platforms.
Prior to joining 360 Smart Networks, Mike worked as a virtual CIO for other managed service providers, providing small and medium businesses in metro Atlanta with consulting services ranging from IT growth to budgeting and support. Before that position, Mike served as Network Manager for a large enterprise where he supported multiple sites, servers, and workstations.
Mike attended high school in Nurnberg, Germany, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Math with an emphasis in Computer Science at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. In his free time, Mike enjoys time with family, geocaching, and wood turning.
