Michael Judd
Senior Systems Engineer
What do you do as a Senior Systems Engineer?
My team is responsible for making sure all client servers & workstations and 360’s monitoring & management systems run smoothly. We cover patching, anti-virus, backups, and alerts. We design automation to keep all those things running and up-to-date.
How long have you worked at 360?
I’ve been here for a fun-filled 2 years.
What is your favorite thing about working at 360 or working in IT?
The entire team here is great. Everyone is helpful and willing to pitch in when necessary. I’ve worked at other MSPs and I’m confident that 360 is the best managed, maintained, and fun MSP around.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Family time includes lots of game nights and geocaching. If there’s ever quiet time for myself, you’ll find me at my mini-lathe turning wood pens and knick-knacks.
What is your favorite movie?
Sneakers and A Midnight Clear
Favorite tv show?
This week it’s Ozark and Santa Clarita Diet.
Favorite book?
The Devil’s Dictionary – Ambrose Bierce
Favorite sport/team?
Kansas City teams first, then Atlanta. Sport doesn’t matter, just give me a good game to watch.
Coke or Pepsi?
Root Beer
Dogs or cats?
In the past it was cats, then we got a dog, so I’m still a cat person. If you have kids that promise to help take care of a puppy… they’re lying.
If you could travel anywhere in the world today, where would you go?
That list is long. Probably shorter to list the places I wouldn’t want to go and I can’t think of any of those. Anything from the peace of Alaska to the hectic streets of Beijing.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
Power Naps.
