Who they are

Practicing business litigation, healthcare, administrative law, civil litigation, and white-collar defense, Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever LLP provides experienced legal guidance and advocacy for clients in Georgia.

Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever LLP was founded in 1984 when it’s founding partner, Nickolas P. Chilivis, left the large Atlanta firm where he was a partner. He wanted to start a boutique litigation firm that would focus on handling complex litigation and other matters typically handled only by large firms at the time.

What sets them apart

While their firm has stayed small and their core focus has largely remained the same, the breadth and scope of the types of matters they handled have expanded significantly. This is due, at least in part, to the changes in the legal practice, the regulatory client and the technological and economic changes which have occurred in the last several decades. Our ability to do things like shop from home and send 1,000 page documents across the county in seconds have impacted both the practice of law and the types of disputes for which clients need lawyers.

Despite the changes to their industry cross the last 34 years, the team at Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever LLP pride themselves on continuing to provide high-quality legal services in complicated legal matters and maintaining their reputation of professionalism.  They are particularly proud that so many of their younger lawyers have left the firm to become federal prosecutors in courts throughout the State of Georgia.
