Bill McDonald Senior Project Engineer

Bill has over 20 years of experience in supporting private, public and government organizations across the globe with an emphasis in systems management and cloud-based solutions. He has practical experience in the design and deployment of solutions focused on industry best practices based on a combination of ISO/IEC 20000, ITIL, and Microsoft Operations Frameworks. He has a broad range of experience in IT Managed Services including Strategic and Project Management, Architecture, Implementation, Operations, Support, and Quality Assurance.

In his spare time Bill writes about his experience in the workplace and works with students who want to learn Cloud based technologies. He is a member of the Professional Association for SQL Server, Boy Scouts of America, The American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
